Join us for improved physical fitness, self-confidence and to learn self-defence.

Mondays at Seth Ward Community Centre, Luynes Rise, Buntingford from 6:30pm

Wednesdays at Bassingbourn Sports Centre from 7:00pm

Fridays at the Royston Leisure Centre from 6:00pm

Buntingford and Bassingbourn classes will be closed during August 2010 but Royston classes remain open. Classes resume as normal on Monday 6th September.

Your first lesson is FREE so come along and have a go.

Ages 6 years and over. Just wear some loose clothing or a tracksuit.
